Challenge: Create a robust feeder system for precise material handling in harsh operating conditions.
Solution: Metrek manufactured and commissioned a vibrating feeder with anti-vibration Cleveloc bolts, a VRN 400 steel-lined pan, and mechanical vibration motors for linear excitation. Grizzly bars made of VRN 500 steel improved screening efficiency.
Outcome: The feeder enabled consistent material flow and reduced wear and tear, resulting in a 40% increase in operational efficiency.
