Opportunity & Risk Management Business Intelligence System
The project comprised business process and information requirements analysis followed by the design, development, beta-testing and deployment of a comprehensive information management system. The system supported the integration of financial records across multiple business units, globally.
The opportunity & risk management modules facilitated the exchange of business development information and prioritization of new projects throughout the organisation. The Business Intelligence Solution was implemented at major construction firms based in Southern Africa.
Functional Information Systems Review
The project encompassed the evaluation of the information systems and architecture for the South African Department of Defense. It included the development of new software systems to produce and manage third-party service agreements as well as the modernization of existing systems and information technology equipment.
