Description
The project comprised business process and information requirements analysis followed by the design, development, beta-testing and roll-out of a comprehensive information management system. The system supported the integration of financial records across multiple business units globally.
The Opportunity & Risk Management Modules facilitated the exchange of business development information and prioritization of projects throughout the group. The Business Intelligence Solution was implemented at Group Five Construction as well as Murray & Roberts, based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
